Do we ship internationally?Unfortunately, at this time, iamextreme.net only delivers within Pakistan. International deliveries are not possible. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you.What are the warranty terms and conditions?Warranty is applicable on Graphic Cards, Power Supplies, RAM, SSD's, Motherboards and Watercooling Kits only.The warranty period is also mentioned on the individual product page for your reference. Graphic Card: 12 Months Power Supplies: 6-24 Months RAM: Lifetime Limited SSD: 12 Months Motherboards: 12 Months Water Cooling Kits: 6 Months for pump only. Processors: 3 Years How can I claim warranty?Warranty can be claimed by sending us an email at info@iamextreme.net, with your order number, and details of the problem. Please explain to us in detail what caused the problem with your product. When you send the product back to us, it will be inspected for damage caused by poor handling or misuse. Warranty claims due to accidental damage or electrical surges will not be applicable. Warranty claims may be rejected where the warranty sticker/serial numbers are torn or tampered with. Any products found to have any evidence of misuse, damage, or poor handling will be deemed warranty void, and will be returned at your own cost. After we recieve your product and inspect it, we will let you know by email towards the outcome of warranty claim and the time it will take to issue you a replacement.Shipping information regarding Casings.Please note that all casings will be shipped via overland service of the courier company and will take approximately between 48-72 hours to be delivered.I ordered a product from your site which was delivered damaged or broken. What should i do now?If a product has been delivered either damaged or broken, please send us an email at info@iamextreme.net, with your order number and proof showing damage. We will look into your case and issue you a replacement if necessary.I want to purchase an item but it is out of stock. What should i do now?If an item in our store is out of stock, please enter your email address in the notification bar on the product detail page and we will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.I have deposited the amount of my order in the specified account. When will my order ship?Please let us know as soon as you have deposited the money in the specified account (bank transfer payment method only) at orders@iamextreme.net with your order number so we can confirm with the bank and ship your order the same day. Couriers guarantee next day delivery but sometimes it can get delayed. (applicable on RAM modules only)Limited Lifetime warranty means that a customer is entitled to RMA the faulty modules back if none of the below mentioned scenarios occurWarranty Exclusions - Products with missing or defaced serial numbers - Products damaged by environmental factors, which include oxidation and/or damages caused by natural disasters - Physical Damages which include, but not limited to, the following: * Unauthorized modifications * Misuse, neglect or improper assembly * Burns resulting from faulty or failed electric power * Missing/bent pins * Burns by overclocking If none of the above mentioned conditions meet a customers situation, he/she is entitled to claim warranty on their RAM modules.
